Overview:
when trying to upload an image into the db, it appears to successfully upload, but later will not show up attached to the record.
To replicate, see gif.
Quite annoying and not sure how did I get one image uploaded successfully…
It appears you did not click the Add button before saving the record. (It’s easy to overlook that.)

@sudsy , you are right. Holy Guacamole, from the UX it does appear that it just gets added after upload without extra action.
