I kept running into the same wall building booking systems on Bubble: a day view where the columns are resources - treatment rooms, chairs, staff, equipment - with hours running down the side. That’s the layout every practice management and booking tool uses, and a week/month grid can’t replace it.
Most calendar plugins here wrap FullCalendar, and its resource views are a paid add-on - a premium licence starts at $480/dev/year, more if you hand clients editable source. So I built this one from scratch instead.
What it does:
- Columns = your resources, rows = hours
- Overlapping bookings split the column between them automatically
- three appointments booked into the same chair at once are all visible
- Every time renders in a timezone YOU set, not the visitor’s browser zone (the classic Bubble date-rendering headache)
- Blocked time (lunch, cleaning, maintenance) draws as hatched bands and pushes bookings sideways instead of hiding them
- One status list drives both card colours and the legend, so they can’t drift apart
- Reads data straight from your Bubble lists
- no JSON wrangling
-Click empty space to get the resource + time back for “tap to book”

Built this after a real client project (dental clinic scheduling), so it’s been used for something real, not just a tech demo.
Would love feedback - especially from anyone who’s hit the FullCalendar licensing wall before. And if there’s a specific resource-view feature you’d want that’s missing, tell me, I’m actively developing this one.
