Response time way up

I’m experiencing excruciatingly slow performance and a frequent errors today. Bubble Status seems to confirm that something’s up. Daily view shows response time up to 27,5 seconds(!).

I haven’t seen any updates on this. Our app (which is not live yet thankfully) is based on high volume sales, and will have revenue and reputation severely affected by performance issues like this. Shouldn’t these kinds of performance issues trigger a red alert somewhere, and as paying customers, shouldn’t we be notified?
