Ok sounds weird…
Did you refresh your tabs after restoring? Can be the only reason why you still see the dev data if the datetime you put in Time to restore to was before the datetime when you copy dev to live.

Note that I think that the restore feature is only about the data inside the database. And not the database structure. If the database structure changed too you have to restore a previous version of your app before you do the data restoration and fill it with your “old live” data.
