Hi, I accidentally deleted the wrong reusable element, is it possible to get it back from a vault or something?

Try to restore custom date and time, depending on your plan you might have 24 hrs to more days retained, blog with more information.
Also, you can go to the Live version and copy it and then paste it into the Dev version if it is still available in Live. 
Sometimes that has saved me if undo didn’t work.
