Reusable Elements with the New Responsive Not working properly

I build a Nav menu, very basic. Visually it is looking good, but when I go to change the screen size, instead of the elements moving around they are just being covered up by the edge of the screen. You can see how the logo on the left isn’t on the left it is covered by the edge of the screen.
