# Rich text editor not appearing for a user

The Rich text editor is not appearing at all for a user. 1 out of several thousand users.

He tried on both Chrome and Edge, and it’s the same.

It doesn’t look like a responsive issue as the screen looks wide enough.

How do I diagnose the issue? Any ideas? Thanks!
