Risk-scoring model on Bubble with data from Excel?

Hi all,

I want to make a risk scoring model in Bubble.
We have a list of Questions, to which user can answer “Yes”, “No”, and text -based answers selected from a dropdown. Depending on their answer, the user gets specific comments and a score assigned to their answer.

Now, I have a lot of this data (Qs, As, comments) already in Excel. It’s formatted using the =IF/AND/OR functions. Is there a way to transmit this data, TOGETHER WITH ITS FUNCTIONS, into Bubble, so that they work the same way in Bubble? E.g. when a user answers a question in Bubble a certain way, they get a specific comment and score?

Or is there a better way to do this without using Excel?

This doesn’t translate into bubble. You’ll need to build out this type of logic yourself but it’s totally doable using conditional workflows.

Pretty sure this isn’t possible in one step on Bubble. IMO the easiest way would be to upload the data using the Bulk upload function. You could then have a data type called Scores, which includes the score range (e.g. 1-4) and a comment to be shown to the user. You would calculate the score using a workflow (and potentially a custom state), using a plugin if you need more advanced maths functionality
