'Run As' always goes to index?

Hi all

Am I right in thinking the ‘Run As’ feature in the User database always takes you to the index page? If so is there a way to change the destination?

When you use the run as feature, if in the editor, you are on a page, it will open on that page in preview, but if you are in the editor on a reusable element it opens on index page in preview and if on index page in the editor, it opens the index page on preview.
