Run Javascript action to work on backend (Server Script)

Hi All

I have a fully built app already, but am battling with some final hurdles that I need to get right.
They basically involve using the Run JavaScript and Server Script plugins from the Toolbox plugin.
I have the Javascript code already, and I have it working with the JavaScript to Bubble execution, but I just need it to run in the background as a Backend Workflow so that my users can still make use of the service when they’re not on the page or even logged out.

Is this something someone could potentially assist with?
