I thought the reason to schedule API workflows is so long tasks can be done on the server and the user can continue on.
This workflow sends notifications to users. I only have like 300, and I think it waits 5 seconds between each.
I imagine they toggle the switch to publish it, and then it gets sent to the server and the user continues doing what they want while the work is done on the server.
Instead there is a load bar at the top that goes very slow, and then at the end I always get a pop up warning saying the API timed out because it’s to busy or something.
I have other areas which trigger this same Backend workflow and it seems to be pretty quick. Not sure why this one is taking so long, and not doing the work on the backend, and holding up the user.
