Scheduled API Call Time Zone

I have an API call that closes a Flight (removes the listing by setting status to Closed) the day/time of departure.

But what time zone is this going to trigger at? It should be the time zone correlating to the Departure Address (another field in the DB).

It’s probably GMT currently. If you can set up a simple test page that’d be good to test.
