need to figure out how to add an event to a users native calendar
i figured it may be a simple process, since accessing the native camera is pretty standard these days with a variety of plugins. Although, i have tried everything and cannot find out how to access the native calendar.
please help! its all for the user experience. its not a make it or break it situation.

In case no one else can give you a full native option, I’ve sent calendar invites vie email in a workflow to the user which lets them add it natively. Use “send meeting request via email”
We have a list of events and this makes it a one click process to sign up and receive the invitation. You can also send location and other information and even format the message nicely.
