Search Box not working

I’m trying to fix this Search Box and unless I don’t put it as "First Item" it doesn’t want to search for a user. And when it does, it only searches for the first user in the database.

The group data source is empty but I kept it as "search for users : first item"and the constraint as "registration code" so it searches with registration code of the individual. But it searches the first in database.

This is the search box. I kept the field to search as "registration code" but yet nothing.

If anyone could please help, I could give you access if you could fix it.

registration code needs to have data to find a result - possibly there is no data in that field?

normally for users you’d search for email or name

I managed to fix it.

The issue was that the reset inputs and reset data was causing it to get into a loop and cancel the workflow.
