Search finding results but none showing

Hi,

I’m trying to do a simple search which seems to be working for all other values but not one, “Shadow”. When I search this it returns that there are 2 results. However it says this is “empty” somehow. See below:

I’m probably just being stupid, but any help would be greatly appreciate.

And how are you doing this search, using a dropdown or search box? Could you show an example of a search that your system is working with? Thanks
