Search within Date Range

Hello I have this big repeating group of sales.
Then inside each cell I want to have a sub repeating group with any sales sharing the same order number( multiple orders).

At the moment I search per order number but it searches the whole database and it is slow.
How can I place a time constraint as most orders with same number are booked into the database within max 24 hours.

So I want to make a searcch for any sales records that share the current’s cells Order number and also have been created within a 24h range from the time the current cell has been created( so search 12h before and 12h after )
How do I do that?
