I got all the way through your long form and then left after it asked for a resume. Just FYI. 
Most of the work we do isn’t resume style. It’s more of, show your work and what you can do. We don’t have ‘jobs’ like you would normally see if we apply to companies. We do projects, a lot of them if you have been around as long as I have. Just thought it might help with your search for a developer. The resume requirements might be restricting your access to good developers.
