Seeking expert plugin builder

Project:
We created a SurveyJS plugin for two main plugin elements:

Form Renderer - Displays surveys (forms)
Survey Creator - Creates surveys (forms)

We need this plugin remade or refactored, whatever is best.

This is mostly a wrapper of the surveyJS packages and their methods.

What we need is an expert plugin builder who knows the ins and outs of the bubble ecosystem and its querks that can be for enterprise grade reliability.
