Hello Bubble developers!

We are looking to hire an experienced full-stack Senior Bubble Developer to develop from scratch a new, marketplace-style platform.

We aim to develop an MVP of the platform within 3-4 months @ ~20h/week of developer time. The scope of the MVP is already mostly defined with only some details pending.

An ideal candidate should:

  • Have 4+ years total experience building web applications, including at least 2 years full-time with Bubble, and at least 3 completed Bubble products delivered end-to-end

  • Be able to work independently and make architectural decisions

  • Have strong database & workflow design skills

  • Have experience integrating external APIs

  • Be comfortable integrating third-party plugins/services (e.g. for chat or video)

  • Have solid English communication (clear enough for efficient daily collaboration)

  • Be located in a European timezone (CET ± 2 hours)

What we offer:

  • Remote work

  • Flexible hours, schedule negotiated individually

  • $30/h trial period rate

  • $40/h long-term rate

  • Payments via invoice

  • Option for continued employment beyond MVP (negotiated separately)

Workflow & Communication:

  • You will mostly work autonomously

  • Active daily communication on Slack (questions, clarifications, quick problem-solving and short status updates)

  • Occasional Google Meet calls when needed

The process:

  1. Send us a DM before Dec 17th mentioning:

    • Your name, email, where you are

    • Your experience

    • Links to relevant Bubble work (CV, portfolio, previous Bubble apps, etc.)

  2. If it looks like a potential match, we will send you an NDA so that we can discuss the project openly.

  3. After the NDA is signed, we schedule a Google Meet call to get to know each other, discuss the project, clarify expectations, and answer questions.

  4. Once all candidates are reviewed, we will choose the one who best fits the role and send a contract.

  5. After the contract is signed, development begins. The first 20 hours of work count as the trial period.

Note: Given the time frame, we aim to conclude the hiring process before Christmas. There may be time for brief onboarding before the holiday period begins. Full development work is expected to start in early January 2026.

1. As the developer of the landing page for the private market article library, I crafted a fully responsive and visually appealing design that ensures a seamless user experience across all devices. My responsibilities included integrating an email verification-based login system for secure user authentication and implementing a modern, professional aesthetic with clean layouts and intuitive navigation. 2.Developed a private market article library with advanced filtering features, including keyword, location, date range, PDF, featured, and tag-based filtering. 3.I served as the lead Bubble developer on SkillSpot, an AI-driven hiring platform designed for staffing agencies. In this role, I: Built and maintained core workflows that allow agencies to upload student resumes (via PDF) into customizable talent pools. Integrated AI job-creation tools that generate job descriptions with required skill sets based on agency input. Developed resume-analysis logic which scores each candidate’s skills (on a 0–10 scale) against the AI-generated job profile. Implemented an AI interview module that conducts simulated interviews, evaluates responses, and produces a second skills rating for a holistic fit assessment. Connected the LinkedIn API to source and import candidates automatically, enriching the agency’s talent pipeline by matching experience and skills. Owned production support and bug-fixes, ensuring high availability, rapid issue resolution, and continuous iterative improvements. Through these end-to-end features—from talent ingestion to AI-powered screening and sourcing—I helped deliver a seamless, data-driven hiring experience for agencies and their clients.(https://skillspot.ai/)

4.I played a key role in shaping Atlancer.ai—an innovative marketplace for AI tools—by designing intuitive Bubble.io workflows, integrating GPT-driven features for enhanced functionality, and embedding Stripe to ensure secure, seamless transactions.
