Select list item with Radio Button

Hey friends,

I’m creating a pop up to create a new list.

Within that list, I’d like the user to pick one element from a database where some icons are stored.

I saw on the forum that it might be done using a rep group and conditional state, but explained in all projects not available anymore. And I don’t see how to make it happen in practice.
