Send Email at Date / Frequency of Database Entry

Hey, there. Loving Bubble so far, but have one question on functionality.

I’m building a platform that allows individuals to upload information, set a date, a frequency, and then the date and frequency selected, the platform fires off that email to the user selected. I’m a little overwhelmed with the workflows, but just first want to understand if this is possible. Based off playing around with things, it is, but double checking here first. Any tutorials on this topic would be helpful as well!

You can use scheduled workflows to trigger a backend workflow in your case that workflow would be to send an email.
