Send emails when new thing is added

Hi people, My question is simple I want to send email to all the users when new lesson is added. I have an E-learning platform when there are 50 lessons and I want to send mail to users when new lesson is added. I hope there must be a solution for it.

Whenever new lesson is added (the WF action that saves it or a DB trigger) → trigger a API workflow to send out email using your email client to all users
