Send messages from Airtable to some Bubble users

Hello,

I would like to send to my bubble app users some messages (eg : app updates infos) from my Airtable that will show in a popup when they log in.

I successfully connected Airtable to my Bubble App via Make (formerly Integromat)

Now the problem is, I would like to send these messages to users who are “Admins” only, and the popup should show only when the user logs in, not when he is already logged in.

I figured that I needed to go through Backend workflows, but then I am stuck.
