Sendgrid emails not working in LIVE

Hey there,

I’ve been working with Sendgrid throughout the entire development cycle of my new app and has worked flawlessly. However, I’ve just made my app public and in LIVE mode it does not send any email at all.

Any idea what might I be missing? I’m using Canvas framework, I have two APIs; one for prod and one for test and I’ve verified my domain at SG and connected it with Bubble.

Verify API keys?

Try to send a test & check what console & bubble log says the error is.

I’ve just found the issue! I had just done the initial DB copy into production for initial email templates a while ago but hadn’t done so for all newly added templates, many thanks!
