Hi,

I am trying to create a welcome email with some dynamic information on it. However, bubble is not substituting the variables on the Sendgrid dynamic template with the information, it just leaves it blank. What am I doing wrong? I am attaching 3 pictures to show you whats happening.

PLEASE HELP.

Hey @pachocastillosr,

You don’t need to encapsulate your tags with curly brackets in the Send email action. :slight_smile:

Hi! @copilot thanks for the response.
I tried without the curly brackets in the Send email action and I get the same email without the variables, still doesnt work. I attached new screenshots:

Haven’t got yet any response from the email I sent. If anybody knows how to fix this I would appreciate your help A LOT! This has gotten me stuck from launching my landing page! :woozy_face:

Hey @pachocastillosr,

Perhaps maybe try 3 curly brackets?

Eg: {{{ var1 }}}
