Sending URL data from webflow to Bubble

Hello,

I am trying to setup Facebook conversions API and in order for this to work I need the ending part of the URL that shows the Facebook click ID (each click ID is unique for each user from clicking an ad and this is represented in the URL of the clicked link).

However, my landing page is hosted in Webflow and I am building the workflows in Bubble that require this click id (which is in the url from landing page).

Is there anyway to send this into Bubble so I integrate the FB conversions API into my application?
