SEO description and page Titles for Mobile Pages?

In my app, I have pages that also have a mobile version. Do these mobile-version pages also need an SEO description and page title or do they just use the same SEO page title and description from the desktop version of the page?

if the pages are different, then yes, you should have these properties on both.
