Good afternoon, my account was blocked by the bubble.io team. All apps were taken offline. They claimed it was a fraudulent platform, but I showed that it wasn’t, that it was a local business in Mozambique. I ask for your response if it will be 24 hours. We are having huge losses in customer applications, etc.
This is my biggest fear building on the platform. Did someone help you?
Don’t think anyone on this forum can help you with this, however, for interest sake … what does your platform do?
And if I had to provide any kind of advice, it would be to review Bubble’s policies and make sure you are compliant, go to a local court/police station and obtain an affidavit stating that your business is legal inside of your country and quote the relevant clauses in your constitution and send that to bubble support.
This may or may not work, however, this can only work if you business does operate inside of the legal framework.
