Setting Conditions on Reusable Sign-up Modles

I am utilizing the reusable login/signup element and I can’t figure out how to set up a “signup mode” and “login mode” to replicate the below conditions in the preset reusable pop-ups, but can’t see to find it in the dynamic options. How do I set this up? I copy and pasted workflows for the sign-up/login popup.

It means to use the action “set state”

And to choose signup or login accordingly
