Setting image background

I have an image which sometimes takes a little longer to load - I’ve tried reducing resolution and compressing, but it doesn’t look good.

How can I load an image background (plain colour) so at least the white text is visible before the full image loads? There is no such property with an image element?

One quick thing you can try is putting the image inside a group and adding a background to the group.

Thanks @dorilama - I realised as soon as I sent that message that could be an option - d’oh!

I haven’t touched my app for a few weeks and feel like I’m starting all over again in some places
