Settings not deploying to live

I deployed my app to live, and everything seems to work except that the Settings are not transferring from development to live. For example, on Development I have SSL checked, I have tracking codes in the and I’ve changed the Title, Site Name and Description. None of these changes show up in Live.

What am I missing?
