# Setup For Users To Send/Receive Emails

Hello everyone,

I am in the beginning stages of building a CRM and before I get to far along I wanted to know if it is possible for future Users of my app to have the ability to send and receive personal/work emails from within their User Account inside my app? Is this something I would have to setup with API connections as the admin? I know Blockspring has a gmail connection but where I get confused is if each individual Users has to Subscribe/Setup a Blockspring or is this done by me only at the admin level?
