Show nearby on your app with Google Maps

Hi all,

For my new app I need the functionality where a certain Address is saved and where it is possible to show Nearby things like Cafe’s, busstations etc.

Show do I create something like this? Is this even possible?

Here is an example of what I need, note the website is in Dutch.

Bezichtig Kapellestraat 14A4, Aartselaar van Century 21 All Invest nu online!

Yes this is possible an not particularly difficult.
