Sleep Diary - Is this even possible

Im thinking of making a sleep diary. The output would look something like

The letters and line will need to be dynamic. Basically the user will enter a time when they eat (F), drink caffeine (C) or others and the period of time when they slept (line), there will also need to be a dotted line for 1/2 asleep, it would also need to be able to handle more than one episode of sleep in a 24 hour period.

Is this possible? Can you give me an idea how I would do this display wise, I understand entering the data, its displaying the result.
