The latest release for the Twilio plugin is Version 4.3.0 with no public releases today. 
@copilot Hey guys, I rebuilt that page as a separate app and reinstalled the plug-in with entirely new API Keys from an entirely new account…It worked for a good 15 seconds, then suddenly stopped working… I’m stumped.
We’ll see what we can reproduce on our end, but you may want to file a bug report.
