Some URLs not working

Our Bubble website has a domain name: ‘subdomain.domain.co’
ALL these cases work:
subdomain.domain.co
www.subdomain.domain.co
https://subdomain.domain.co
http://subdomain.domain.co
http://www.subdomain.domain.co

EXCEPT this DOEN’T WORK:
https://www.subdomain.domain.co

Who do I reach for this issue?
The domain provider says it’s not an issue on their end but on the end of the host (Bubble)
