I’m excited to introduce Specklr – an interactive, million-spot pixels canvas where users can claim, customize, and showcase content on individual spots. Whether it’s a GIF, image, or custom design, each pixel on the canvas is a space for creative expression.

How It Works:

Users can upload media (from photos or videos to GIF) to a pixel spot.
Each spot is clickable, displaying captions, likes, bookmarks, and tags.
Spots can be vacated or bid on, allowing a dynamic and engaging experience.
Users can purchase pixels per spot, creating a unique digital space.

Inspired by this internet phenomenon, perhaps?

With internet years being like dog years, I am genuinely curious if anyone who is younger than, say, 4 or 5 has ever even heard of that thing. If you haven’t, ask your parents, but settle in for the lecture on how much better everything was back in their day. Spoiler alert: they ain’t necessarily wrong.

Haha, yes, the internet has come full circle! Specklr is definitely inspired by the pixel-art community, but we’re adding a fresh, interactive twist to it. Appreciate the nostalgia and thanks for the congrats!
