Sr. Low Code Developer - Building Tools for Growth and Impact

The Role:
As a skilled and experienced Sr. Bubble.io Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and expanding our internal application. You’ll work closely with our team to understand needs and translate them into functional solutions within the platform. Taking ownership of our existing development processes and driving continuous improvement will be a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features and functionalities using Bubble.io
- Integrate APIs to enhance application capabilities
- Maintain and optimize existing features for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure data integrity and security within the application
- Manage relational databases effectively
- Take ownership of existing development processes and implement best practices
- When necessary, identify the need for and manage the process of bringing on external development support
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) developing applications with Bubble.io
- Strong understanding of full-stack development principles
- Expertise in relational database design and management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
- Knowledge in building or managing plugin development for Bubble.io
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Experience with Webflow or similar no-code platforms
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Familiarity with Supabase
- Third-party workflow/ETL automation tools such as n8n, Parabola.io and others
