SSO / Shared Login = How to identify the 3rd app?

Hello,
I’m using an SSO oAuth from my app A to log my user in on my others apps.

I would like to retrieve which app request auth in my login page (on the app A).
For instance, I would like to display the app B here:

Any ideas?
