Start Apple Text to Speech from Workflow?

I’m building my app as a native app. Both Android and Apple have good Speech-To-Text built into their keyboards, so it is available for any input. However, I’d like my users to be able to tap a button and go directly to the speech-to-text (one tap) vs having to go first to the keyboard, and then the speech to text (two taps). Is there anyway to do this from a workflow?
