Starter creating a responsive web app

Hi Family..

I’m new to Bubble, but have this thing that keeps me in loops - I can’t seem to get my data structures right and make my page responsive. There’s nothing bakehouse in the backend yet be cause the connections aren’t connecting - and it doesn’t look right… please help

It sounds like you might be running into a couple of things at once, data structure and responsive layout. My advice would be to tackle them separately:

  1. Data structure: Start small, define just the things you really need first, like Users and any main data types. Make sure your fields are clear and consistent.
  2. Responsive design: Use groups and containers with relative widths and make sure elements are aligned properly. Test with the responsive viewer as you go.

I managed to set up exactly the data structure I want, but I’m using an AI chat bot to walk me through everything. I wish there was a Bubble AI Expert who could help, and not Gemini/Deepseek/Grok - those don’t seem to know the most recent Bubble interface - so referring to pages and not groups… I’ll make it, come what may :nerd_face:
