Stretching pop up when object is visibile

I would like to create a pop up that stretches as objects become visible and stays low when there are no visible objects

Set the content group to collapse when hidden

Set it to hide when empty

Thanks but the elements that appear and disappear are not groups however the repeating group does not allow this option

Nest the rg inside a group and set visibility conditions to that group
You can also set that nested rg to be invisible when its inside rg is empty

Thanks But when I create these objects the pop up must be high enough to contain them but when they are invisible the pop up does not shrink even if they are invisible
