Stripe account shows Incomplete in Bubble even though onboarding is finished

Hi Bubble team,

My Stripe onboarding is fully completed (identity verified, bank linked, payouts enabled),

but Bubble still shows the Stripe connection as “Incomplete”.

Bubble AI mentioned this requires internal checking to see which app is connected to Stripe.

App name: NESTRA

Can a Bubble staff member please check and reset the Stripe connection on your side?

Is this happening when you try to make the initial call in the API Connector?

If so, would you mind pasting the full error message you’re getting?
