Your question is not comprehensible.
If you’re on the Stripe checkout page it’s not something that you can fix with Bubble. If that’s a Bubble page, you could add a margin at the top of the page if current user’s device is an iPhone (using a plugin to detect device). There might be a fancy javascript you can put on your page to automatically deal with iPhone displays and other notch displays but that’s beyond me.
