Sub domain mapping is not working

Hi,

We have configured our one Sub App using our sub domain IP. previously it working fine but today when we loads it it showing sit can’t be reached . please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Please share the link to the subdomain so we can check it from our computers. It’s hard to help without seeing what’s going on.
