Submit Multiple Button Presses at Once

Newbie. I have a list of user ‘symptoms’ to check when ill. They will select from a list of symptoms and then hit a submit button. I would like them to check a button for each symptom they are experiencing and then submit all of those to the data type ‘case’.

What is the best way to do this in the workflow?
Any suggestions with data structure as well?

I am now comfortable in the design and understand the basics of workflow and data but feel that this will involve more. Maybe even use a custom state.

Hi @shane4 !

What you can do is to include these symptoms in a list of symptoms everytime the users select them. And in the end, you send this list, with all selected symptoms.

You can create a “Custom State” in you page (Text type - List type) and use it to store these symptoms…
