I am building a health tech app that will focus on wellness and health specifically for female users.
As you would guess, a big central component of this will be sending users notifications and suggestions based on where they are in their menstrual cycle.

Can anyone please suggest how can I design a cycle tracker or incorporate an existing one, and derive information from it to segment users and help them with their daily journey?
