Swim School In Need Of An ERP/CRM Solution

Dear all,

I am looking into guidance and building my knowledge as someone who has no experience in conception/development/execution of ERP & CRM solutions for a small swim school based in Hong Kong.

I have done some research into Bubble.io on the forum, YouTube and Google to try and get an understanding of the system, pros & cons as well as the capabilities. However, I always think it is best to ask around to get more opinions on the matter.

Swim School Background:
An SME family swim school business based in Hong Kong that has been offering 3 main programmes of swimming lessons and training for children, from professional swimming instructors and coaches (50 or so staff). Currently, there are over 4,000 active swimmers within the;
• Infant Aquatic Programme
• Learn To Swim Programme
• Competitive Programme

I am currently looking at prebuilt systems online that work for swim schools/health & fitness/club industries, I seem to find that they all have their pros and cons and in the end, they work to about 80% of what we need and have to work around the last 20% (UI for most of the swim school management systems seem very unintuitive or dated).

Based on the following requirements (found below) could someone with further knowledge in bubble.io, CRM & ERP solutions give me some advice on the topic. As well any agency that sees this and is interested in opening a discussion with me I am more than happy to have a conference call!

I work in a similar space here with frontofficepro dot com, although it doesn’t cover all the needed features and we only operate in USD and CAD right now.

For the amount of features I hope you have a large budget for a custom build or are flexible on what to include. As we looked into just adding on SMS texting for a customer but the cost to send texts though something like Twilio didn’t make it worth it - if you sent just 4 texts per a month to your 4,000 swimmers, that would cost $120 per month with Twilio (US pricing, not sure about HK)

Have you checked out Active Network yet? It’s a large company in the sport camp space and has a lot of different products from various companies they’ve acquired. EZ facility is another large player in this space
