If I have an excel spreadsheet with a list of emails, can I link this excel data to my existing users?

Sure, depending on what you mean. Are you familiar with the Modify button on the Data tab of the Bubble editor?

I can see where the modify button is located but I am not familiar with the functionality.

I think it’s what you need. Check the documentation for how to use it. You can upload a CSV file (basically a certain type of spreadsheet) to modify one or multiple things in your Bubble database at the same time.
