Syncing tables between apps

I have 2 tables, make and model. Each model has a make. This database works great for choosing make and model from two dropdowns on a form.
I would like to use this same list on another Bubble app. I tried connecting via the API and it takes way too long for the lists to populate.

What is the right way to do this?

Actually, you choose use the plugin Bubble Apps Connector for this, not the API Connector
